Brooklane was once a very peaceful place to live with beautiful grounds. However, over time and with the need to fill units they rent to anyone. The indoor pools no longer are open, the maintenance takes their sweet time and close tenants are loud considering the walls are so thin. Oh and did I forget to mention that the roofs leak. The turn-over in management leaves this facility buried with debt, if you move out be prepared to sue them for the return of your security deposit.

Sounds like the previous manager of Brook Lane has a lot to say about the current staff:) Which people should know that YOU were no good for the property. Stealing furniture out of vacant units that a resident had stored in there and taking it to your own home " Get it now" called and they would like their furniture back! lol Let's not forget you told many people about all the anti-depression meds. you are on. The day you lost those checks you blamed the leasing agent for stealing them was just to cover your end. You fired 3 people during your time there because you didn't like them. You non-renewed numerous tenants that paid their rent on time because you didn't like them. You had spent the properties "petty cash" on your personal lunches and gas for your car. Oh..and let's not forget YOUR relationship with the maintenance guy. He told us all about it:) and you are married! The reason you were fired is because you were confused on how to do your job but then again it probably is because you are on so much medication. Residents were always mad because you couldn't roll out of bed fast enough to get to your job on time thats when you did show up! Called in how many times because you had the runs from eating fast food 6 times a day...whoa chubby!:) Let's not forget to mention you have all this to say but then you begged for you job back how many times now? I'm mean come on your 40 something and talk like your 20 with nothing to do...go find a job already

I must say I am shocked, but then I shouldn't be. The personal attack and venom and publication of my personal information (thank god I am on anti-depressants other wise I wouldn't been able to deal with the likes of you or anyone else) was low, even for you. If you want I can also air your dirty laundry on here but I am not going to sink to your level. But I do want to answer to these things, not that I have to but I think I should stand up for myself: A) I have epilepsy which requires medication. B) I was a property manager where a man was MURDERED only 12 feet from my office door and yes, call me selfish, but not everyone is good at getting over traumatic events, can't believe you would sink so low and use someones medical needs against them. By the way, weren't you on anti-depressants not too long ago? Guess you needed help too, but I suppose your going to say that was different, right? C). I NEVER lost any checks.I was the only one who actually got the rent collected and how was I able to do that if I lost checks? And for the record, you were right there along side of me telling the owners that we needed to fire the leasing agent because you thought she stole those checks, so lets get that straight. And you know how badly they wanted me to fire her anyway, boy believing in people's good side really f'd me up. D) You were the one from the very first time I talked to you on the phone when I had my first interview in July 2007 about how much you hated the people that I let go. You were the person who I listened to about why they should be fired, from the entire day that I came and sat with you when you were sick and all alone, even when I didn't know you or had begun working there, including your "best friend" leasing agent. And FYI: For the people working there, don't think you were, or are, never in trouble of being fired because she has wanted each of you gone each of the times the you pissed her off. And don't forget ms. how badly the owners talked about you and how badly they wanted me to fire you, but I didn't. You have no idea how many conversations the owners and I had about you. Nope, stupid me I stood up for you, look how far that got me. E) As for the non-renewal, YOU were the one who told me about the resident's history and YOU were the one that already had it in your mind that you wanted them gone and YOU made sure to give me a bad history on them so that you could be rid of them, but it wasn't your name on the non-renewal letter. And for the record, I KEPT a lot of the people who you DIDN'T like because I felt they were good tenant's. If you had your way, the property would be empty except for the ones that bring you things and believe all your bulls*it. F) Petty cash was only spent on items for the office and I bought lunch for EVERYONE each time when we rec'd a check, which was only after YOU and I both begged to get it. And yes, with permission from the owners, I did turn in receipts for gas, as did EVERYONE, so don't make it look like I was the only one who did it. You would've done so if you had to drive 45 minutes round trip to work everyday. But then again, you make everyone else drive you around so that isn't true. G) Don't forget that I bought, out of my own money, lunches for everyone. And I didn't see anyone turning down any of them, so you need to shut the F up on that. As for the runs, you must be thinking of yourself, because I never had that problem. As I recall, you did on numerous occasions and had to go home so you could go to the bathroom. H) As for the so-called RELATIONSHIP? That is such a lie. I have been married to my husband for 12 years and have NEVER cheated, nor will I ever, on him. And wasn't it this same maintenance guy who lied about being married and having a kid? Wasn't it that we didn't find out about it until he called one night and said that he was at the hospital because his wife had just given birth? Wow, thought he was my friend too, hmm learn something new everyday. I) I was not fired, I MADE them fire me. Don't you remember the phone call, cause I know you were listening. How I kept saying to them I was not going to quit that they would have to be the ones to fire me? How long did it take for him to finally say "hand in your keys"?. I think it was about 10, if I recall correctly. And I knew it was coming, and I wanted it to because I couldn't take the crap that was going on there, that's why I packed my office up. And I know you had help in it, telling them as many lies as you could to get me out so that you could become manager and bring your friend back in. By the way, I hear you rule with an iron mouth, hows that working out for ya? Like having "your" staff hating you? Oh, and did you apologize to your best friend for calling her all those bad names like you did? You should. J) I was only late 6 times and missed 3 days. But lets not forget that I came to work on days that I was supposed to have off, oh you know like when I was supposed to have that WEEK off to move. I actually only got one full day, and I was on the phone with the owner practically ALL day, which he should've left me alone. And I would rather not come in if I wasn't feeling well then come in like you did and take your "pms-ing" out on anyone who was near you. Boy did you use that excuse a lot. K) Exactly what residents were mad? I know a lot of them didn't like you. They thought you were mean, which you are, you even said it yourself. If you didn't like them, they got treated so badly. You'd hang up on people, start arguments, tell them if they didn't like something then they could just move. You have no people skills, even you said that. I remember being the one to turn a lot of situations around. L) I never begged for my job back, lets make that perfectly clear. I wanted to come back to help the resident's and the property because I believe that it is a great property, when it has the right people running it. The resident's deserve better then they are getting right now that's for sure. Its really sad because the resident's are the ones who are suffering. You don't think I still talk to people? They tell me how your just renting to anyone that walks in the door without doing any kind of background checks, well maybe you have to seeing you don't have the same advertising you did before due to the lack of funds to pay the bills. But then again you never really screened anyone thoroughly. And if I didn't know what I was doing then where did you get the leases that you now use? Before you had to hand write them, but I actually hand-typed everything in so all you had to do was change the name, date, address, expiration dates. What about the addendums? The brochures and business cards (which were designed and printed for free courtesy of my husband)? The flyer's to the resident's on what was going on? Have you forgotten how positively they reacted to that? No, because it was positive, a word I don't think is in your vocabulary. And no, you don't get credit for that one. Who was the one to put the office in order, which the resident's love, and your beloved files, and the filing cabinets in order so they would be easier to find and read? Hmm..wasn't you. Well it wasn't your idea anyway. How easily we forget. But you did say that you were happy that it was done, that it was like an actual office. At least I tried to do good by everyone there, can you say the same? As for my age well your right, I am 40 but I do not talk like I am 20. And if I was your friend over there I would be insulted because she is in her 20's, so what are you saying about her? Lets not forget how you have to give a wake-up call to one of your maintenance men because he can't get himself out of bed because he was out late the night before. So lets not call the kettle black here. And it was stupid of me to take him back, especially since where he had been. You know the owners wouldn't have gone for that one. But no, I did, shame on me. By the way, resident's do have a problem with maintenance not being done, just thought you'd like to know. And what is it they pay their rent for? As for the job thing, well not that its any of your flippin' business, I have one. And at least I can put my paycheck in the bank and know it won't bounce. At least I don't have to pay money out of MY paycheck to cash it because you don't want to deposit it on the fear, no the knowledge, that it will bounce. As for the personal dig on the "whoa chubby", well thats fine, you do whatever you have to to make yourself feel good, and if that means saying stuff like that, well thats what people who have nothing else to say do. And since you are in your 40's you should heed your own advice, move on. Last thing, after this I will not be responding to anything else, no matter how many lies or twisted truths you decide to put in them. You and I both know the truth. But if you do put anymore personal things, it will be ME who takes YOU to court for slander. Book closed, end of story.

Brooklane is a f'd up property with anybody that has been the manager. The current, past, and future managers. The owners are greedy and I PROMISE YOU THIS. They are going to wish they weren't soooo greedy!! Raising the rent every year, $50 for a f'ing garage that doesn't work where I hear the manager has like 12 of them?? That's some BS!! Remember the Golden Rule: "do unto others as you would want others to do unto you"....
