I moved to a 3-bdr unit to this apartment complex from another state and we were given the apartment in a very bad condition. Since I did not have any other choice at the time of my move, I had to stay and it took them almost 2 months to do all the repairs that were needed !!!! I was very flexible and tolerant to the management although their behavior is not friendly to many people living in this complex.
Now, I got a job in another state and I will have 8 months left after I move out. They dont show any sign of help to settle the lease although I was willing to pay 2 months of the lease and give up my $500 security deposit. They were so strict and absolutely no flexibility. They are simply asking me to pay $8800 for an apartment I will not be living in. All the doors are closed for a settlement.
DO NOT COME TO THIS COMPLEX AND IF YOU HAVE TO, GET READY FOR THE ANGRY, NONFLEXIBLE, NON-TOLERANT AND UNFRIENDLY TREATMENT.
