Office is Rude and need lesson in Customer Service

Majority of office staff incredibly rude and condesending. Was one of the main reasons we did not want to stay in the apartments. The office needs to realize who the customer is. They made little to no effort to get us to extend our lease, probablly wouldn't have even if they would have lowered rent.
