I went to get information on an apartment. Lori in the office told me there was one of the types we wanted coming up soon. I asked a few questions and she was very abrupt and actually told me to either take it or leave it, as it was the only unit like the one we wanted. Very very unprofessional. Never told me anything else about the community nor what was included in rent or the amenities. It appeared I was a bother to them.

Yes, I live at Deer Run Apartments and the staff in the office are pretty awful. I haven't delt with one yet that made me feel welcomed when needing answers or assistance. They could use a few classes in customer relations 4 sure.

I would agree, staff in the office is aweful. Lori is very rude and constantly acts as if your wasting her time. They are very unwilling to work with the rentors on anything. There is one nice person, a brunette lady in the office, and the maintenance guy is also very nice adn helpful. They should definately teach the others about customer relations.

Yeah, I agree. Lori is definitely a ----- who has no grasp whatsoever of customer service. However, the other two ladies in the office are extremely helpful. I go out of my way to avoid Lori on the rare occasion that I need something. The maintenance people are great too.
