Winter snow removal is a joke. I realize we've had a record year of snow fall, but why not hire more help when you need it'
We can hear every step our upstairs neighbors take.
We've had a problem with theft from our patio.
It's very easy to get into the swimming pool/excersise areas so you'll have several folks using the pool that don't rent there.
The office mgr needs to take a customer relations class.

However, we do enjoy the bike trail that connects with the Ozaukee recreational trail.
The complex is pet friendly.
The apartments have a nice layout.
And the location is great.
