It is always nice to have garage parking, however the underground parking spaces are not spacious, they are far from it, pretty crampt. The pool area is taken care of well, and the grounds are nice. The tennis court is my favorite part.
Walls are a bit thin. One neighbor I never hear, but two other neighbors are quite noisey and I hear them making a ruckus almost daily.
Workout rooms are adequate but nothing special.
