Nice community, too many low class tenants - I have lived at Brooklane for several years. I love my apartment and the management was great in the beginning. An honest review. Winter snow removal is a joke. I realize we've had a record year of snow fall, but why not hire more help when you need it?
We can hear every step our upstairs neighbors take.

decent It is always nice to have garage parking, however the underground parking spaces are not spacious, they are far from it, pretty crampt. The pool area is taken care of well, and the grounds are nice. The tennis court is my favorite part.
