The apartments are well-kept and it was very nice having the ability to have a dog.

Please note that in the five years I was a tenant, the property manager changes over 10 times.

We gave over 90 days notice that we were moving out one month early, and management said we would receive our security deposit of $710.

After the inspection, we were told again we would receive the full deposit in the mail.

But the check never came.

Nearly one month later, I called to inquire about the check.

I was then told by a NEW apartment manager that we would not receive our check because we had moved out one month early.

At the time we in the process of purchasing our first home and I dropped the issue because I did not want to deal with the hassle.

Now, nearly 10 months later, the apartment complex is contacting us again for a balance due of $70! They are saying our deposit did not cover the full amount and "I'm sure it was just an oversight on your part and that you did intend to pay it".

BE CAREFUL.

Again the apartments are well-kept and a nice place to live.

But the management can make your stay frustrating.
