-Apartment layouts are great, as others have commented. Grounds are nice. City of Cedarburg is nice.
-Central a/c'' Make me laugh: window a/c unit in BR closet hooked up to ducts; doesn't even begin to do the job.
-Some great neighbors, some that just got released from prison, I think. I got threatened with violence once (no kidding).
-Management changes more than the weather. If you make any agreements, get them in writing, or forget it. We got screwed on one verbal agreement.
-Maintenance is not too good; took 2 months to get dishwasher fixed, only after calling Fiduciary Management directly.
-I don't recommend living here not because you might not enjoy it, but because I think the management doesn't deserve to get paid for what they pretend to do.

i happen to be the manager of Woodmere. Yes, we have had some maintenance problems but none that I know of that have taken 2 months to get fixed ( at least in the last 3 years.) At this time we have a new owner that is improving our property daily. In fact we only have one vacant apartment at this time. That should say a lot about our property. Yes, if when Fiduciary owned the property, if people owed us money and nothing was written down by previous managers, we sent them letters to collect this money.
