Like the other guy said, if you don't get it in writing, you won't get it. We were promised a garage door opener when we moved in, we are still waiting for "budget approval."

Layouts are nice, the vaulted ceilings are good too. The A/C is only good for the rooms, not the whole house. The poarches are nice too.

Grounds are nice, the garage is good. You share the garage with the upper/lower person so you only get half.

Notice the NEW workout center they have' That's a crock. It's not new. What they should have said, is we have a tread mill, a machine, and a stair climber. They have 3 pieces of equipment that do not work at all.

Watch for hidden costs when moving in. Extra $50 goes to the "gym membership" and office something or another. You'd think if everyone has to pay it, they'd do something about it, but as can be seen, they pocket the money and aren't using it as they say they do.
