Lake Shore Tower is a great place to live if you want the unfettered lake views of an 'east side' apartment and don't mind giving up immediate proximity to all the trendy parts of a neighborhood of coffee shops, bookstores, theatres, and over-priced groceries. That said, all the hot spots are a quick drive away and you forgo the hassles of parking problems and other congestion and you save at least a couple hundred dollars a month over a comparable city apartment. The staff is friendly and very responsive, too!
