I lived in Swan Ridge complex - managed by Fountainpark/Toonen properties and we have had a good experience living here.
Pros:
1.
Good neighbours
2.
Management is responsive
3.
Maintenance available even on weekends
4.
Good/quiet residential area
Cons:
1.
Rent a bit higher for the area
2.
If you live in attached garage complex, the noise of doors opening and closing can be irritating.
