These are very overpriced apartments.
You get VERY little for what you pay; essentially you get a LOCATION not an apartment.
For $620 a month you get:
-a one bedroom loft apt
-heat and water paid for
-no storage
-no garage
-one parking spot (sometimes, depends on how full the lot is with nonresidents)
-other people's dog crap lying all over the place (lazy residents)
-piss-poor heat, my apt NEVER got above 70 in the cold of winter
So, it's a bad deal. Look elsewhere in De Pere, there is much better for the buck there.

The one bedroom loft apartment is on average 880 sq feet with a walk in closet that is 15x3 the ceilings are 15ft vaulted ceilings. I recommend that residents run the fan to their central AC unit as this will circulate the heat. (Heat rises)this usually takes care of that cold feeling of course we would have maintenance check the heating in a residents apartment if they call with a request. We no longer accept dogs, due to the above problem and other issues, we were really sad about this policy change. Sincerely Manager Lawton Foundry
