We've been here for about 8 months and really like it. It's only a few years old and in great condition. The location is great and the place is well run. The underground heated parking is a definite plus in the cold Wisconsin winters! The new guy, Robb, in the office is great...follows up quickly! I'd recommend it to anybody looking for a safe place to live.
