All that I can say is that unless you are a "prefect" tenant, ------------- who is the ------- will make up her own rules and think that she is the ruler of all. Affordable, nice apartments...but -------------- is a fake and it will make living at Otter Creek living hell.

I have lived at Otter creek for over 8 years, and i can say that the office ------- is nothing but nice , which is more than what i can say about some of the other Tenants. And a note to the autor of this "review": If you have no problem throwing ------------- name out there, why don't you put yours out there as well?

I too live at Otter Creek and am glad that when I complain about a noisy neighbor, a neighbor who makes a mess and doesn't clean it up, etc it is taken care of. Some places just ignore the problem so they can collect their rent. If you follow the rules **that you sign for in your lease** you won't have any problems. Oh, and pay your rent on time too. If you don't-there are penalties so stop being a crybaby and be an adult.
