I have lived in Oxbow for over a year. The place is amazing. The new management is great, reliable, and very friendly. If you need something done, it will get done fast. The rec room has a big screen tv, pool table, leather couches, and a grill outside. There is security on weekends and the place makes you feel safe all around. I highly recommend Oxbow Villas!
