the walls are paper thin! you can hear everything from the people upstairs using the bathroom to the neigbors next door farting!! One really old guys maintains both apartments so when things need to get fixed, it takes sooo long. We didn't have a door on our bathroom and it took them 3 weeks to come and fix it! We called every day and they said they were on their way to fix it!! if you dont smoke (like me), and the people below you or above or even on your side do, then you can smell the smoke too! It comes up through the heating vents!! it stank!! my car got vandalized in the parking lot!! Some days there is no hot water!! the worst thing is how thin the walls are !!! i hated living there!! just to use the washer and dryer was a competition!!your mail will always get lost too becuase the mail man always puts somebody else's mail in our box or ours in somebody else's!! if you choose to live there!!! beware!!!
