Overall these apartments are reasonable. The only real problem I had was with the quality of the construction of the building. In the winter I constantly had a draft coming in from my bedroom and patio windows making it feel like 50 degrees inside. Also you can hear people walking down the halls, and many tenants had small children that would run up and down the halls which was very loud and annoying. Lastly, in my particular apartment you could hear the neighbors next door and above me talking and even worse, having sex. The tenant I had living above me would also get up at 5am and continuously walk around his apartment. I could hear him walking everywhere he went at any time of day or night. He also had a very large cat(Im assuming) because I could also hear it running around his apartment. I was very disappointed in these apartments because the staff are relatively pleasant. I previously lived in a 2 bedroom on the 2nd (main) floor and did not have this many problems as I do now living in a 1 bedroom on the 1st floor.
