The location and the balcony are my favorite features, but the main drawback here is that the floors are a bit noisy. I can hear most footsteps above me and I know I must bother my neighbor below me because I can hear the floor creak when I walk as well. I think this apartment is good quality for the money and do recommend it to my friends. The apartments are quite spacious and well kept.
