A - Been here for awhile now. Rob is great to work with. Was able to have Sears deliver and hook up washer/dryer before being moved in thanks to him. Place is very well run and classy. Awesome It is like a dorm without an RA. There is a security guard on the weekends to keep noise down. Sweet community room with fooseball and pool table, along with a leather couch in front of a 50 inch tv. Rent might be a bit high, but overall great place for college students
