Really bad place!! Don't think of moving here, unless you are asking for trouble - This place is the dumps, really. Where should I start? Good value - I lived at Half Moon Lake Apartments for three years. Good place to live - We've been here for about 8 months and really like it. It's only a few years old and in great condition. The location is great and the place is well run. Not worth the money! This place is too noisy and the upkeep is just ridiculous. Doesn't look like it has been changed since the '70s. Not a good choice. I can't wait to move out!
