I grew up in the Madison area. The location is what makes this particular place so nice. It intersects the Capital City bike trail and other bike routes, so there are always bikers zooming around. You can walk out your front door and be on your bike. The major highway is a couple minutes north. There are grocery stores and other conveniences within a couple miles. It's less than a 10 minutes drive to downtown.

I've rented a small loft here for almost two years and would have stayed but I'm being relocated for work. The carpet is pretty old, but not terrible. There is underground parking and one stall comes with the rental. Otherwise there is a surface lot too for guests.

The fireplace is kind of drafty in winter. If you don't turn it on you can feel cold draft coming from it. Everything is electric except the fireplace. In winter the electric bills are around $120. Summer time around $60 if you're not running the air constantly.

I'd recommend this place. I've never had any issues.
