Nice Quiet Place

This is a very good apartment complex. It's very quiet, which I like. I can't stand idiots who play their music or TV loud or have loud parties, etc, and are generally inconsiderate of everyone else around them. People who make noise should be euthanized. I have had so many bad experiences with bad neighbors, both in apartments and owning 2 homes. When I moved to Madison to take a new job, I had one day to find a place, and I rolled the dice on this place and got soooo lucky. So, here's what you get...
-1 assigned underground parking space per apartment, regardless of # bedrooms, but there are plenty of outdoor spaces also. And the garage is really nice. In the garage you are also assigned a separate storage room.
-Washer/Dryer in the apartment, which is nice.
-Trash, water, and hot-water paid (nice long showers)
-My apartment was all electric, including heater which is a combo heater/air conditioner, but they both work really well, actually.
-Not sure what the square footage is, but it's plenty big for me. Kitchen is a good size - not huge, but plenty of space to move around.

When I drove into town on Monday, I wandered in and they showed me the apartment, after looking at a few other places, I applied for this one. They had me approved that day. The apartment needed some stuff done and they did it and had me in by Wednesday. That's fast and I was very happy with them. The three main people in the office are very friendly and helpful and so is the maintenance guy. To be honest, I don't really go to them much since I seem to be able to exist in my apartment without breaking things. But they are on top of routine maintenance like changing out heater filters and stuff. They also give plenty of notice before entering, which I am a bit paranoid about with apartments in general, but I feel very comfortable with them. The place looks nice too. No swimming pool or tennis court of weight room or any of that crap, but I think that's good. I don't get people who think they need to have all that junk. I'm looking for a nice quiet place to live - that's all. The neighbors are very quiet and on the rare occasion that I see them, they seem polite. Some old people and a couple of young professional people. Not very many college punks or noisy children (let's keep it that way). For a brief time there was some jerk that moved into the top floor and he would be noisy now and then, and he should be castrated, but overall my experience here has been great. And no bugs of any kind - very clean. No bugs and quiet people are the two main things I care about, and this apartment scored on both. If you're looking for a nice quiet community, then check this place out. If you're some jerk who's rude and inconsiderate of your neighbors and plays music loud and crap like that, do everybody else here a favor and stay away, or better yet, just go take your own life. I hate you. I'll be leaving soon due to job relocation, so we'll see how the deposit refund goes - I'll try to update. $789 seemed a bit high to me at first for a one bedroom, but with really no other bills and as good as the place has been, I'm very happy and comfortable here and am sad to leave. I guess that's all I have.

One more thing.. (as I read the rest of the long paragraph) you really seem like you have some anger issues. Pool and crap are nice to have and is one of the things I miss having comming from Arizona. Maybe I wont live there. In fear if your still there!

Too bad you moved out. I might've enjoyed living next to you just to crank JJO as loud as it goes and leave it on all day.
