I been living here since 1996. It has gone down hill since they switch owners. The resident manger is barely here, she moved people in that don't care about the property.

Over-priced... This complex is over-priced. Maintenance is a joke and it takes forever to get things done. You can hear the neighbors quite easily. The front office is OFTEN closed during normal working hours so you never know when somebody will be there.

Great Place; Right next to the park I just moved out, and I am going to miss this place. It is a small quiet community. All the managers have been very friendly. Todd the maintenance man is very quick to fix anything. I would recommend this place to every one.

Loved it! I lived in Seminole woods for three years and it was a great apartment! Everything was always clean and well maintained and it was fairly quiet.

Awesome Apartment Complex I shared a 2BR/2BA apartment in this apartmetn complex and it was great. It is new and clean. It has a pool, plenty of party, a workout room and is within walking distance to a nice shopping center.
