Good place but for the winter clause

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I lived here for a year and half, had some issues initially which were taken care of by the good maintainance staff.
One thing i did not like about it is you cannot vacate in winter months.
If you are looking for a month to month lease and want to vacate anytime then i suggest you go to the next one on the road the forest manor.
