I lived here for a year and a half and all that they let move into these apartments are punk kids that don't have any consideration for their neighbors things, sleep, anything. It used to be incredibly nice with a lot of older residents and it is just very junky now. Shannon the office manager is not nice and very rude to the decent people who live there. She certainly gives Courtyard a bad name.

really sorry they feel that way shannon has a heart of gold and i've seen her up many nights working on things constantly at the office.I know if you were nice to her and came to her calmly and rationaly she would help and by no means should she ever be named "rude" or "not nice"
