The manager (shannon)works night and day to make sure things run as smooth as possible.If you come to her with a problem she will do everything in her power to fix it.Not to mention the maintnence guys who take excellent care of the grounds and buildings. Any time I had something that needed to be done big or small they were there right away to get things fixed or completely replaced. I recently moved and regret it i cant say enough wonderfull things about the staff at courtyard apts. And a good maintence man is key. I would highly recomend living here.
