I lived there for over a year and it sucked the whole time!yes they are rather new,But are made of the cheapest material possible. The kitchen and bathroom had bubbles in the floor and the counter top was coming apart. we were the first tenants for this apt so there is no reason for the crabbiness. you defiantly don't get your moneys worth. i lived in the back by a pond. Sounds nice right' wrong! the pond stinks worse then the dumpster. there are dead trees,bushes and patchy grass that management refused to get rid of or replace . And yet had the nerve to tape notes to all the tenants doors stating how much pride they have in the grounds appearance funny right! so I do not recommend these apt.

Oh my gosh- I love to live by the pond- it is great in the evening to hear the frogs singing- it is very peaceful. I bet you wouldn't get notes on your door if rules were followed- picking up after your dogs- I would definitely complain if I walked outside and stepped in dog "do" and I don't own a dog.
