We have lived here since March and are counting down the days until our lease is up. They are not a pet or child friendly complex. Some experiences that we have encountered with the poorly managed complex in the short 6 months we have lived here are as follows: They sprayed pesticides without prior notice and my dog got very ill. There is no where for children to play outside and the manager is very quick to send children who are not in their apartments home. They never notified us when we moved in that we needed a parking permit, and have not reimbursed us for the parking ticket we recieved because of their failure to provide a permit. Our garage door opener opens another tenents garage, which still has never been corrected. There is an electrical problem that has caused the electricity to go out in all units 4 times since we moved in. We were late for work because we had no access to our vehicle parked in the garage during this extended period of time. Although new, the apartments are over priced considering their poor quality. Shortly after moving in we noticed black stains appearing all over the entire appartment and yellow stains all over the kitchen floor. The management is very rude and does not address your concerns, but very quick to hang rude complaint letters on your door and all over the complex area stating their concerns. These are a few things you might want to consider before choosing this location. Hopefully my experiences will be a helpful reference in your search for a comfortable home.

i live here too and for the past 2 and half yrs this is EXACTLY RIGHT!!!!!!!!
