Moved in and the place was very clean and fresh for me. I have only had 1 maintenance problem and that was addressed right away and was very happy with how they corrected the problem. Not sure what the person was complaining about, I have a nice garage and a parking space assigned to me. Not sure what more you'd need. Also been in some of my neighbors units and they are not the same as mine. Maybe he just doesn't get along with others because I find the people here extremely nice and quiet. Marion College is just a walk across the street and makes a very quiet neighbor. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the apartment and the management and plan on staying here for a few years. I think it's very professionally run, with rules set and kept for everyone. Afterall, we all need to live here in peace.
