This apartment complex is very nice for the price. Right next to Marion College and an elementary school, so location is great for both of those. These school generate the only real noise you will have, but mostly only when the school lets out in the afternoon. Else, peace and quiet. Fire station just down the street, and campus security overlaps to the surrounding streets, so security is great against fire and crime. Has garage, great space, great view. Overall, very peaceful. I only left due to job change, otherwise I would remain there until a house was purchased. Check into renting it, as you will not be disappointed.

Management is a little lacking, and is the only flaw, but if you do not need much interaction with management and maintenence, then you will love the place.
