The Villas were more than an apartment, they really felt like home. I lived there through several hiccup-free management changes. Maintenance was never an issue. While dogs are not allowed, some tenants are grandfathered in. Those who are seem to do an excellent job picking up after them and keeping them under control.

I initially came looking for an 8-month lease, which the apartment did not offer. They allowed me to sign a 6-month lease, after which I rolled into a month-to-month tenancy on the same terms as my lease; read: no additional rent for month-to-month. They require a 60-day notice to vacate, which was no problem at all.

I had to move due to new employment out of the area, but The Villas definitely felt like home. Spacious interiors, full-size washer & dryer in the unit, gas fireplace, HUGE bathroom, large bedroom, easy access to indoor mailboxes, personal garages. The appliances were nice, the carpet was in great shape, the vinyl in the kitchen & bathroom were in good repair.

For my short lease they required me to have the carpets professionally cleaned, however, as per the lease. No, you can't do it yourself. No, it doesn't matter if you're not even there a year. If you plan on staying here short-term (and/or pet free!) I'd strike this from the lease agreement. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
