Our year lease is finally up, and we cannot wait to move. We have been in a number of different apartments, and we both feel that this one is by far the worst. The apartments are nice but overpriced. But the management (Northern Management) is HORRIBLE at both the local and corporate level. They are rude, inconsiderate, and unhelpful. I could list problems upon problems that we've experienced, but just take my word for it: they are not good.

Just to give you an idea--since we've moved in, our buzzer has not worked. We've contacted management and maintenance several times, and each time they've "fixed" it, it never has been. The last time we requested it be fixed, we were told they had a number of other problems to fix, and we would have to wait.

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone; they look nice, but they are definately not worth the price.
