Horrible, WITH BUGS. The Management is poor. Complaints are handled unprofessionally. I reported a mold growing on my washer and dryer pipes that would not wash off. No response. I reported the garage door would not close. No response. I reported vandilism by the downstairs tenants. No reponse. I reported dog feces left by my door. No response. I reported rust on the metal balcony grates. No response. I reported BUGS, little response. AND I MEAN BUGS, SPIDERS, WORMS, ALL FORMS OF ODD VERMIN. THE BUGS CRAWL UNDER THE DOORS, ON THE CARPETS, AND WILL BE EVERYWHERE. No resolution. The place is noisy, cars pulling in an out at all hours, dirty, dog droppings everywhere. The place is unclean. They show during the day when people are at work, so you will not see the horror of the night atmosphere. The parking is terrible. My advice' FLEE! In my opinion, Manchester Oaks can be described as a thinly disguised housing project. If you still are intent on renting at Manchester Oaks ..... please, sleep with your lights on ..... it may keep the bugs at bay, or, if you turn the lights out at night, you have been warned, and then I truely hope you do not sleep with your mouth open 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

I currently live at Manchester Oaks and have never encountered unusual problems with bugs. Sure, the occasional fly or mosquito creeps in when we come and go, but that is consequence of living next to beautiful, wooded Whitnall Park. If other residents are having problems with bugs, I would attribute it to cleanliness and possibly leaving doors and windows open. Management has been very responsive to our requests. Even things like fixing a burner that went out is handled quickly. We had the burner fixed within the day, and it wasn't urgent. Please do not put stock in the "bug" review. This is obviously a disgruntled person.
