Overall comments:
Good location, next to whitnal park, park side apartments nice view etc.
Very poor sound proofing (we had a lower).
First floor apartment had lots of spiders,etc (no crawlspace or basement).
Management changed 3 times during our 18 months. Originally told no problem going to month to month lease (we are building a house) by the time we wanted to change to month to month management firm number 3 said no, then maybe. When we checked the last time they said they already had a renter (which the maintenance staff when we moved out stated was not true). 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
