A nice place to live for the money...

I lived at Manchester Oaks for a year and a half . The buildings were a little older, but very nicely kept. For the amount of money I was paying for rent, I couldn't go wrong. I found the staff to be very accomodating and professional. (I mainly worked with Jamie) The location of the apartments was excellent (shopping, grocieries, freeway access)Very rarely did I have to call in a work order. When I did though, it was taken care of right away. The staff has changed alot in the past couple of months, I don't know what it is like now. The only thing that I think would be a down fall to living at Manchester Oaks is that the windows are very very drafty. My heating bill was a minimum of $125.00 in winter. (I was in a one bedroom upper) Also, there was not enough visitor parking. Other than that it was quite a peaceful stay at Manchester Oaks
