I've lived in a lot of apartments and I think these are very nice apartments. I love the attached garages and private entries. They are pretty quiet too. I hardly hear anything from neighbors - mostly just water activity. I currently have a one bedroom upper and am planning to try to get a two bedroom. I was concerned about the bug post before I rented, I have a serious bug phobia, but I've had no issues at all with bugs. They did a great job with snow removal over the last winter (the record breaking snow fall winter) and have always been attentive to maintenance requests. I've never had any problem with the management staff. You will have at least 2 places to park included, and they are on streets that are only used for these complexes, so street parking is ample and safe too.

I believe I know this person, and feel it is very unfortunate for Manchester Oaks that she was allowed to rent here. There is no problem with bugs, parking, dogs, etc. The problem is her, and the Manchester Oaks community will be even more comfortable when she leaves shortly. These apartments are as quiet as houses, in my humble opinion. We have very friendly, courteous neighbors and enjoy the dogs that are ONLY in the dog section. (You choose to rent in the dog area or not.) We do not have a bug problem and have not met any neighbors who do, either. If you do not regularly clean your home, anyone is subject to bugs. We love living right next to the beautiful park, the private garage and entry, and having a pool and fitness room. Perhaps this poster should move if she is unhappy.

?? the ' poster ' moved long ago, and perhaps you have either A. not read the numerous postings regarding bugs and bad management, or 2. are a member of management making another pathetic attempt to discredit the postings on this site by suggesting it is the tenant that has the problem, not the management/complex....huuuum, sound uncomfortably familiar? perhaps you feel we are all ' imagining ' earthworms and bugs? perhaps you feel we are all ' imagining ' bad management discounting our concerns? perhaps the wild pit bull only nibbled harmlessly at the little white dogs, just tinny bites? Do you feel a wild dog running loose will know the dividing line between the dog section and the non-dog section? I would not gamble the safety of a small child on that ignorant stance! do you feel the tenants were all over-reacting? We ALL know the stance of management, we do not want any other decent people to move into this complex...it is pathetic...and, perhaps you are fishing for the gender of the author?? want a tip? only an embedded member of management would make such foolish comments as noted in the posting directly above this one. NO we are not trying to ' ruin your complex ' you did a fine job of that already, but we do not want nice people to sign a contract with your complex only to end up like the numerous tenants that found out fast about bugs, dirt, having been shown apartments at strategic times when management knew a' all was clear ', forget it, give up the ghost, quit with the ' embedded ' postings and we will not all need to respond time and time again. Perhaps your time would be better spent walking about the grounds WITH A CAN OF RAID, so tenants will no longer be afraid to SLEEP WITH THEIR MOUTHS OPEN...Oh, and the comment at the end of the posting directly above this one that perhaps the ' poster should move if ' she ' is unhappy? 'THAT FOLKS IS WHAT YOU MAY EXPECT AS A RESPONSE TO ANY AND ALL CONCERNS YOU MAY HAVE WHILE LIVING AT MANCHESTER OAKS, HOW ATYPICAL...
