When we first signed the lease the two members of management were pleasant. The moment we signed the lease all hell broke loose. Not only did we have a huge leak coming from the second floor that was not fixed for three weeks, but also when we called management the explained to me very rudely that it was my fault i would not let the maintenance in while we were not home to fix the problem. When the two maintenance kids (just graduating high school, if that) finally came, they just patched the leak with paint which they did not blend in to the rest of the walls. THEN every day i listen to two "violent breed" dogs howl and bark when there is a noise, which is not hard to do because the walls are paper thin. Every night i go to bed and listen to a woman yelling at the television until two o clock in the morning. Thinking the pool would be a nice amentity was a mistake, there was not enough chlorine and i got an infection, disgusting. I have complained to the management several times and nothing has been done. The response we recieve is that it is our fault....IT WAS FOR MOVING IN!If there were anything i could do to break this lease i would jump at this chance.
Two more months to go.....
