All I can do is ask you not to do this to yourself. Apartment was average and in the price range when I moved in. Now I have a whole in my wall and my shower BURNS me (seriously) on a daily basis if the tenant downstairs happens to want to take a shower at the same time. Car has been keyed, pool was only open one month this summer and was filthy green color most of the time. Weekend management a bunch of rags and not in the office when the office hours say they should be. Maintenance is a joke, and vacated apartments have not been fixed up- likely because occupancy is down. There is a hole in the wall to the outside in the vacant apartment down the hall, know this because the doors to empty apartments are not locked and sometimes left wide open. Don't move here whatever you do.

Thats why I moved out break your lease. The law is on your side if ya do it right.

If anything you are too kind. I live there too. It is a dump! I rented from out of state from website, but had a daughter who lived up here & thought it looked good. Dog crap EVERYWHERE, pool not open in summer, management rude, disrespectful, Maint. Lazy
