The facts must be presented right

I do not understand how someone cannot understand the newsletter, as I am the one who wrote it.
First I would like to clear up that anyone can see the manager at anytime, so long as she is present. In the newsletter, it requests that you make an appointment if you want to speak with the Maintenance Supervisor.
Also, I would like to clear up that we DO accept pets, both cats and dogs. The newsletter specifies that dogs cannot stay in the 7700 buildings because those are strictly non-dog units.
In addition, washers and dyers have been repaired, and if any haven't been-someone only has to call the office to get the repairs completed.
The new management and staff here are doing an excellent job addressing issues, taking care of our tenants, and all-in-all keeping all tenants satisfied.
If there is a problem, tenants should come to the office and discuss it with us instead of making the complex look bad with false information. We only strive to make this a better place every day. Those who live here and actually come into the office, find this to be true.

I have been to the office, & called the office about problems. They are very good at lies! I do not believe a word any of them says. They can smile & look right at you & lie! At our bldg. we always move our cars so the parking spaces can be plowed. You know the way it USED to be. But the plow only comes after 8p.m. or very early in the morning. Of course by 8 we have given up & moved our cars back & very early we have not yet left for work. But if you call the office they will lie & say there will be someone right over to plow. I have had to wade through snow on the sidewalk, dressed for work, because they are too lazy to clear the sidewalks in the mornings. I have been outside for over 30 minutes walking the dog, called the office to see if the sidewalks will be cleared & have them lie & say there is someone doing it at that time! Of course I have been out there & know beter. The washer in my bldg. has been broken for over 3 months. There is dog crap & trash all over from when Kurt moved out. I can see it as I walk past his bldg.. How long has it been since he moved?? Face the REAL facts! This is a DUMP & anyone who says otherwise is stupid or a liar.

I laughed when I read this... I am a tenant, who has lived here now for quite a few years, & things are NOT being taken care of. People think the newsletter that came out recently is a JOKE, because it promises that things will be taken care of. One look around the complex tells you that this is hardly true. The potholes in the driveway are huge. There is garbage all over the place ~ inside & outside. The plowing this winter was a joke; there was only one day when it was done properly. Yes, things get fixed sometimes. But it usually takes forever, and then it is not always done correctly. One of the "maintenance" guys is a young kid they hired for minimum wage as a groundskeeper. And now they have fired the latest property manager, Erica. Management always has some excuse for not doing things right. But here is the bottom line. The owners of Mission Hills don't care about their tenants. I have often heard the maintenance guys say that they can't repair something because they can't even get $20 to buy needed supplies. How insane is that? I am only staying here because I have great neighbors and I am close to work. But if you want to live here, make sure you understand that you are pretty much on your own. Management will take your money ~ and that's it. They have no intention of holding up their end of the rental agreement. |

You know I think it is really funny how you say Management will take your money. Do you ever stop to think that maybe it's the owners and not only did they treat thier tenats like crap but also thier employees. And for your information there is no groundskeeper that even works here it's the maintenance guy and that KID is almost 30 and had transferred from another property. Also about the plowing, do you think that you can just call a plow company and they will just be right there to service you when there are hundreds of businesses that need the same thing? Sometimes reading these comments I realize that some people have no common sense and have nothing better to do than just sit and talk about how crappy things are, if you don't like it than why do you live here? If you say "OH nothing gets fixed, and OH we have some KID working here for minimum wage", Than if you make soo much more money take your crabby ass somewhere else cause we don't need neighbors like you to add on to the problems.

As much as I think the comment about the "kid" working here for minimum wage was ridiculous and untrue, to the anonymous response above me, I believe they were talking about Shawn, not Jack. He was hired as a groundskeeper and got PROMOTED to maintenance and even when he was a groundskeeper, he made more than minimum wage, so MHtenant maybe you should get your facts straight before you start trash talking.
