After all this snow & the snow removal fiasco, I contacted a real estate attorney. We have NO LEASES at Mission Hills! So we could all move & not have to pay out a lease or have a lease breaking fee! #1. WI law states when a lease is signed ALL parties MUST be present at the time of signing & a copy given to the tenant immediately! Not, you sign this & we will get it signed & send you a copy. That would make it an invalid lease. #2. If EITHER party fails to live up to the expectations of the lease it is broken. Our office dummies have done that! #3. A tenant has the right to know the name of the management company & owner of the property. Do we know''
If you are looking for a place to live RUN FROM MISSION HILLS! It is a TRASHY DUMP, the elderly have to DIG thier cars out of the snow, parking spaces are rarely plowed, nothing is ever fixed & the ONLY thing the managment people are professionals at is lying!

I feel your pain. WE were just forced to transfer building and have had nothing but problems since we moved in here.If you want the # to the company owner I can get it for you but that doesnt work either I called them over two weeks ago and they still haven't returned my phone calls. There has to be something we can do to get this place shut down. I hate living here!!
