I am a tenant at Mission Hills, I've been living there since 2004. I have seen the new managements come and go. The location is amazing, BUT the staff and the service is horrible. I had, or should I say have, mold under the tile in my bathroom where my children take baths. I have made several calls to the office about it. There way of fixing it is re-caulking it, and re-caulking and some more re-caulking. Not take the tiles down and take care of the mold from the source, just cover it up. Eventually the mold comes back threw and the caulk breaks away and back to square one. I had asked several times to get a new surround in the bathroom. They said it wasn't in the budget, there remolding the other buildings. And if I would like I could be put on the list for the new apartments. So pretty much, they don't take care of their existing tenants. There going to take the money for much needed repairs and put it into renovating empty apartments to lure new tenants in that there not going to get taken care of either. The maintanence man rolls around apartment to apartment on a skateboard. Real professional. The office is very disorganized. They never know what's going on. They put past due notices on your door, and when you call to see that they are for, they can't even tell you. My advise is stay away. When my lease is up, I am out of there. The management and service is only getting worse.

I was so hoping the new owners would do more than put up a front. Guess I was wrong. I guess I will be without A/C again this next summer! It was never fixed last summer because it was running when they came to look at it. The fact that it would only run about 6 hours out of 24 did not matter to them. You are right, they just want new tenants, the rest of us can rot. Once you are in the only time they mention you is to laugh about how stupid you are or what a pain in the --- you are to expect repairs or preventative maintenance.

I know who you are and the only reason people wouldn't want to move here is the foul smell that comes out in the hallway cause you let your dog pee all over by the door. We have to smell that every single day and I bet the reason you have mold in your bathroom is cause you let your kids slop all over the bath tub. We like our apartment here and you are just one of the what, 5 or 6 people out of how many that live here that put stupid comments like this on here. Simple if you don't like it here than move cause we could go without your stupid dog peeing and pooping all over anyway. Oh and by the way you might want to spray some air freshener cause we smell the pot too!!

If you knew who I was, then you would know I do not let my pet pee in the hall. It is the poor upkeep Mission Hills has. Nice excuse though. Right, and the mold is because kids are taking a bath and "sloping" all over the bath tub. That must be it. Good answer. How about you just admit Mission Hills has poor management and poor STAFF. If you knew how to read you would see there are 15 negative comments on here. I'm far from the only one. But go ahead and try and point fingers everywhere else. It would be nice to be able to up and move, but there is a thing called a lease.

By the way, your photo of their storage room...it shouldn't really matter to residents how the workers keep their storage room, and also, that's obviously crap that residents just through in there and how is it the maintenence guys' job to clean up years of people's crap that they didn't want? The only problem there is that past workers didn't keep it locked to prevent that. Why don't you put up pictures of your apartment?
