I keep his picture on the back of my door so my daughter sees it every time she goes out. She knows to run if she sees him. Just goes to show, our management team does not care who they rent to as long as they have cash. How do you like the parking now with 3-4 cars to an apartment due to more than 1 family in an apartment?

I think the sad part is this could be a really nice community if they wanted it to be. There is so much potential and everything around us is really nice. I can't even believe the amount I pay to live in "the slum of Franklin". There is no way that I am paying $25 more per month to park in the underground when I have to step over human feces to get into my car. Disgusting not to mention a complete rip off. I know of one of our neighbors that has 3 kids and a set of grandparents living with them, most of which drive.
