Mission Hills Apartments is a nice place to live short term.. I do not suggest signing a long term lease. There is new management every 2 months, and lack of communication in the office is horrible..No body knows anything. Maintenance comes around whenever they feel like it, months after you place a work order.. I had a leak from my ceiling that damaged some of my things and I reported the leak for a month straight and finally after a month someone did come in and covered up the leak, but not good enough that the very next time it rained the crack leaked again.. They also just recently, replaced the patios, biggest mistake they could have done due to the fact that the cement didn't settle right and due to that you could not open the back doors to get outside. So, if there were a fire good luck getting out.. Oh and while I am on the subject of fires, none of the smoke detectors worked. Like I said it's a nice place to rent at if you only plan on staying a month or two, but nothing longer..

I did not understand how this would be a good short term lease. I live there & would love to move, just cannot afford the moving expenses. Parking is a nightmare! Visitors are allowed to park any where for the entire week end or anytime. If you leave to do laundry (you cannot really do it there) you have no place to park when you return. They plan to charge for heat even though most do not even turn it on because the halls are like ovens. If they are going to charge me for heat based on the costs, then they need to turn it down! Did you have trouble walking to your car this morning? They do nothing about snow & ice until everyone has left for work & school. Parking spaces get cleaned out when the snow melts.
