Mission Hills

I am a single mom and enjoy living at Mission Hills. I really wanted to live in the Franklin school district but I am on a tight budget. Our two bedroom is big and a price I can afford.

The apartments are larger than most in the area & price range. I noticed you put parking as good. Do you have a bicycle? Car parking is awful. I often have to park in the visitors parking & walk to my apartment. Safety is NOT good. When one key opens ALL basements, cars are broken into regularly, teens run through the halls of buildings at all hours of the night (even though they do NOT live in those buildings). Upkeep of the apartments does not exist. You would not know this , yet. Once you move in your apartment will not be touched no matter how many years you stay. I chose this place because HEAT,water & trash pick up were furnished. Now we have to pay for them. I also chose an apartment since I am too old to shovel snow. But here unless you want to stay in all winter, you must shovel your own walk or wade through snow over your boots, & shovel your car out to get to work. FOr what is offered beyond the size of the apartments, the rent should be much lower.

Have you checked around? There are not that many places to live with a great prices in a good neighborhood like Franklin. Mission Hills is not that bad.
