I have lived in a few different Aparments in the Oak Creek and Franklin Area. I LOVE the townhomes. I have not had any problems with the onsite management either. Great place for young families. They just re-did the street- which was horrible before. I had one issue with my dishwasher that was taken care of immediately once I e-mailed the maintenance staff. The buildings are of solid construction. I think they are a great value for the location and all the ammenities.
