Nice area to live, but extremely strict rules and regulations

I have lived in Parkwood Village Townhomes for over 7 years. It is a very nice place to live and the units are very nicely set up. It's in the Oak Creek school district and is conviently close to many nearby shops, like Pick n Save, Sam's Club, Wal Mart, etc. I don't have many bad things to say about the place at all and would refer anybody to live here, except that the onsite management of the place is absolutley without a doubt HORRIBLE!!
The current On-site manager of the complex is not the sweetest of people, and gets extremely hostile if you contront her about anything. She has threatened to evict groups of children for playing in the woods on the property. She has also blatenly called tenants vulgur names to their faces and made disparging remarks to them. She has a strict policy about being bothered at her home before 2pm and normally doesn't answer the door or phone. However the main manager of Trike Property is extremely friendly and easy to talk to about anything and if you do choose to live here, then contacting him for any issues might be the way to go.
She has also implemented new rules and regulations that some might consider quite strict, and should be told about before signing a lease.
They are:
1)No boats, or rec vehicles on the property
2)No outside gatherings/parties/ or rummage sales
3)No load music of any kind
4)People are only allowed to play outside in a small grassy area that still has metal poles sticking out of the ground from a playground they had removed years ago.
Other things that you might not be told before renting a unit is that you get 2 parking spots, your garage and attached driveway. If you want another parking spot there are ones around the property that you can rent for an extra $15 a month. However most are already taken and you might end up hiking back to your unit. The spots are only marked by a number and the only way to know if it's rented is if you actually contact the office. Some problems to arise with other tenants or guests parking in the rented spots and it's a real pain to get it taken care of.
