My lease is almost up thank god! My neighbors were so noisy, but they finally moved out. So I actually considered staying, yeah right. Leaky roof that took ALL SUMMER to fix, the roof is being fixed right now but you can still see the water damage in my apartment. I put in a simple maintenace request about 3 weeks ago now, I also called last week to ask if it will be fixed and guess what it still hasn't. The postive reviews that have been written sound very much like they were written by someone on the staff. I wouldn't stick my little toe in the hot tub or pool they just look gross. The hallways look like crap, dim, need new paint. Around the windows and doors it looks like crap, the dry wall is cracked and peeling. The location is excellent, however if they would put a little investment in updating these apartments (like getting rid of the plastic fake wood cabinets) they could probably make more money and retain more tenants.

I also agree 100% and you pointed out some things I even forgot in my long review. Their is just soooo many things wrong with this place and the people who think they run it so well.
