I am not sure what bothered me the most. It might be having no heat or hot water for the first two weeks I lived there and getting a sinus infection as a result of this as well as unable to shower for 4 days. Or, it may be the 3 mice I had in my 2nd floor apartment that MY cat took care of every time. Their solution was to keep adding more "poison traps." Why did I pay pet rent' I guess you could really say that my cat technically worked for them. It could also be the Latin King gang affiliated inscriptures on the hallway doors that made me feel safe in my own home! It's kind of hard to say what ranks number one. Maintenance was horrible overall-response time and "solution," which always seemed to be a temporary fix. I will say that they have begun to improve their quality of care to their residents but they have a long way to go!
