(user photo) The window the water had obviously poured into. The staffing people claimed this was done just over the summer. I'm not stupid.

When I first saw Whitnall Pointe apartments I thought they were cute & quiet...at a reasonable price. The staff couldn't be friendlier....then I signed my lease! I have had numerous problems and it has taken alot of phone calls & time to get the issues only 1/2 resolved. Be sure to be very cautious if you decide to rent from them, they have sneaky ways to cover up stains, broken appliances, etc while you are doing your walk through....after a few days/weeks all the problems start. I am looking forward to my lease being done!
