Sarah & Henna are the worst office staff

Leasing for a number of years and the entire time was terrible. Wintertime, cars plowed in, no salt on walkways, not quick enough to shovel, or plow the street. Apartments are the cheapest possible choices, put together in the quickest, sloppyist way. Dishwasher broke, garbage disposal broke, electriciy burning out light bulbs constantly and sometimes not even working, water temperatures are backwards on some of the plumbing, water allways is rusty in the beginning in the tub, water temperature not constant sometimes cooooold in the morning which is not pleasant, when I moved in I had to wash the walls, cabinets, inside the ceiling light fixtures, the refrigerator was all sticky. It was disgusting. They didn't keep up the pool and the hot tub was usually gross and had a skim. The floors are cold in the winter and thier is absolutly no padding under the carpet which is frayed and stained. It feels allmost like rocks undearneath in some places. The balconies are not safe and rotting. The laundry room in the basement kept on flooding so bad I would have to wear at least a 2" platform. They have fixed the flooding since but their is mold and it's close to our storage. I could go on further but I think you get the point. Oh ya and Sara and Henna will never treat you with kindness or respect and they are dumb as hell.

I think you mean Hanan. I don't know a Sarah yet but I've talked to a Sherry or someone with a name like that, and she's very unhelpful in an emergency situation.

Whoever wrote this review should be ashamed of themselves. My guess is that you are upset with the office staff because you didn't get your way with something. I have lived here since 2002 and Sarah was the one that rented me my apartment. She was very helpful and showed me all around the community and since then she is the only one that I go to when I need something. Sarah is great although I do not know of the newer office staff that you are refering to. As far as maintenance, there will always be issues at any property that is 30 years old. But I have always gotten a timely response back. At least I know I am a good tenant and maybe that is why I have no problems unlike you!

Even though I too am VERY unhappy with my rental at Whitnall Pointe, I do disagree about Sarah & Hanan. They both have been very helpful fixing any minor problems that I have had. Unfortunatly, they do not have the authority to fix any big problems...if they did, things might actually work!

I absolutely LOVED living at Whitnall Pointe. In fact, my youngest daughter is now looking for an apartment and I'm going to be going there with her this weekend to look at some. I thought the staff was awesome. Of course, I always treated them in a friendly and professional manner and maybe that's the difference? (And it wasn't that long ago that I moved out. I was there until the end of August 2005, a little over two years ago.
